It's funny that you're so naive to expect to get an XL in the package. Why would Nintendo let another company sell its hardware and undercut its prices. It doesn't make any sense.

Because the company already paid Nintendo for the product, so Nintendo has their cash, they couldn't care less how much the retailers sell it for.

QUOTE(Shabutie78 @ Mar 17 2011, 12:58 PM) the bottom is bronze. the inside (plates with face buttons/screens) is black. the trim is bronze. the top (gloss) is very dark brown.

Try again, it's all bronze/dark brown. The only thing that's black is the screens, and the camera lens. And yes I have one.

I think you'll find the hardware will be a car charger, a couple of cheap stylii, some game cases and maybe some screen protectors - that's waht Intec does - buys cheap accessories from China and bundles them.

Sorry but it was a 1/100 chance of it coming with a XL. But still you should have never gotten your hopes up dude. Have to be like 5 to fall for that kind of crap.

I'm confused. I can understand the hardware being the accessories. That makes sense.

But the box says "2 games". So if you didn't get the two games, file a complaint and get your money back.

There's still a chance. Call them to complain about it not having the two games, and DSi XL. You might just get lucky, and have them ship a set separately.

Already sent them a long email. would have done it earlier, but my dad forgot his plane tickets and had to rush to the airport

Here is a pic of 2 ds cases (YEA I LIKE POKEMON B***H!! AND WHAT) that I put myself
Ok the accessories are cover up. But what about that bottom empty space? clearly it was supposed to come with a dsi Xl

BTW it is not packaged by intec, it is packaged by Jack of all games. they just gather consoles and accessories and bundle it up

You bought it from Amazon, right?

Look at this link:
http://www.amazon.com/Intec-G1998-Dsi-Game...k/dp/B004EIC9L2

There's nothing on that page that says anything about getting 2 games or a DSI XL.

The link you posted was from google shopping which searches for listings and aggregate them. Like I said earlier, I don't know where Google got the image but in any case, it's common sense that you're not going to get games/DSI for $20.

Good luck returning your stuff. You'll likely be out the shipping charge both ways.

I was just ROFL'ing for a minute over the thought that you spent $20 on cheap Chinese junk. Sorry. That junk is not even worth $5.

Jack of Games website can be found here:
http://www.jackofallgames.com/

It looks like they do private repackaging for different people.

But the thing is I asked for a description from "ThePricePros" over the phone. unless the 3 reps are the same(impossible, one was female), all three gave me the same description, its recorded in their system somewhere. Ill nag till I get a Dsi

And how old are you? 5?

give it up, dude. $30 is nowhere near the value of 2 games and 1 DSiXL unit. even without everything else. it's just not real. believing it doesn't make it real. naivete is no excuse for getting ripped off. it's your own damn fault. suing is just plain bull. i don't get that logic in most petty complaints filed by Americans in general (yes, it's Americans that love slapping petty complaints). i mean, if i promised you that jumping off a cliff feels wonderful on the back, and you actually jumped and hurt yourself, why blame me? you decided to jump for chrissakes!

so yeah, you decided to buy it. your own damn fault. deal with it.

...but maybe, just maybe, if you wished real hard...

lol, no. not even.

Keep in mind that pricing errors/descriptions do happen all the time. There's humans who are entering the data. So if you spoke to some reps and they gave you the incorrect description over the phone, then it seems that you do have some grounds for returning it.

Here is their return policy:
REFUNDS

The consumer may return any new, unopened, and unused items sold and fulfilled by The Price Pros within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund of the cost of the item minus a 20% re-stocking fee and the cost of shipping. All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting The Price Pros. If the consumer returns the item without a Return Authorization Number, the return will not be processed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned package.

It seems to me that they shouldn't hold back 20% because they erred in the description on the phone. Anyway, give them a call to start the return process. Let us know how it ends up.

Stop being ignorant. Him being an American has nothing to do with this, so don't even use that.

If they said over the phone and the description said 2 games, he deserves those two games.

Nowhere in the amazon description does it say that he gets 2 games. So I don't see any basis for him to get free games there. If the rep told him over the phone that it comes with games, then it's an error on their part and he should be allowed to return it without paying restocking fees and extra shipping.

Pricing errors and incorrect descriptions do happen from time to time.

Huh, I swear I read that it came with the two games. But if the three different people though said it came with the two games (assuming the info was wrong), he should get the 2 games. Unless they were just reading the info from the site. I don't know, I never bought stuff from Amazon. I thought it was all legit people selling it, and not just some strangers.

The original poster apparently saw this:
http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=D...ed=0CGgQ8wIwAA#

This is from Google which has a shopping aggregator. Like I said before, I have no ideas where Google got the image from but it's clearly incorrect. If you click on the amazon link, there was no picture previously until I uploaded one.

The other links that Google listed had no reference to this product.

But if you have been reading, I asked if its a description from Google. They said no. Its a description from the warehouse.

Which description are you referring to? Is it one that they read to you over the phone? Or is it one on the web? If the latter, what is the URL of the description?
