Homebrew Installing GBA cia with BigBlueMenu

Okay guys, have everything setup as showed in this tutorial, rxtools boots automaticaly, i set it so that i boot into sysnand when i hold R during launch, installed 3ds cia game works good. My question is - how do i install GBA cia games from BigBlueMenu ( Title Manager), cause people say i have to install them both on Emunand and Sysnand? How do i even run BigBlueMenu from sysnand? I dont get what i am supposed to do.

Just inject FBI to both sysnand and emunand, install it through FBI.

You mean to install FBI trough rxTools menu?
Forgot to mention i dont have Gateway flashcard.
