Homebrew Installed Unlaunch before nand backup, can I do it after?

Hey Everybody,

I'm pretty new to the homebrewing scene, and had a DSI laying around and thought that it would be a great way to kill some time and have some fun. I've been following the dsi.cfw.guide, and have installed Unlaunch. Unfortunately, my nand backup I had before I installed Unlaunch has been deleted. Is it possible to have HiyaCFW Helper use a post-Unlaunch nand backup, or am I screwed here? And if I have to have a clean nand backup, can someone link a place I can download it?

On my second DSI i have indtalled hiya and twilight with my unlaunch nand backup idk if its risky but for me no problems.
