Hacking Installed System Menu 4.0 +BootMii but now no homebrew channel

I'vre been hacking my wii from day 1 of the twilight hack and normally all goes to plan
BUT - today I have a problem.

OK, so this is what i did.
1) Started with 3.2E with latest cios's (v13)
2) Installed bootmii+HBC with the Hackmii beta 2 installer - and then backed up my nand sucessfully
3) Used the 4.0 updated to get to 4.0

Next steps are to install the IOS60 etc hacks and install preloader

BUT I no longer can run the homebrew channel!
HB channel from BootMII = Green Screen
HB Channel from system menu = Black Screen

Please can someone point me in the right direction?

Try reinstalling it. Others on here have reported making it work by simply deleting the busted HBC with the wii data management, then reinstalling it using bannerbomb.
