I installed freeshop hbl save manger pksm fbi gonna be installing bbm I have a lot of rom hacks so what should do I looked on google nothing came up saw some tuts on youtube for fun on stuff I already have installed I also installed tw loader but none of the games I like work and I also got a theme.

Plz, slow down just a bit, is the problem your 3ds games not working?
It could be you didn't disable ROM patching in Luma settings, try that

If its twl loader, note that its VERY buggy, and next to near no games are entirely supported. Plus, some games need like a dummy DS cartridge in the slot.
