Homebrew Install Virtual Console or E-Shop Games on vwii?

As cjb100 said in his guide, it is possible to install virtual console or E-shop (Wiiware) games in .wad format with Yet Another Manager Mod (YAWMM). But is it possible to install for example NTSC Wiiware on a Wiiu Pal (i think the region of my wii u = vwii)? By this I mean that the installation of wiiware wad games from a region different from that of my console; does it work?

For information, the region of my wii u is PAL.

wads are region locked, you need to download a program called freethewads which makes them region free, and i then use a random wad manager to instl wads.
