Hacking Install DLC on CFW?

Is there a way to install DLC from certain games on the 4.x CFW? Say for instance, Fire Emblem. I was actually going to buy some maps, but I need to update in order to do so.(which, obviously, is out of the question). So I was wondering if anybody had found a way to decrypt the dlc with the sd decrypter and install it on another 3ds.

Yes, it's possible to install. No idea if it will work, hehe
If you had to spoof firmware on the game, you'll have to spoof it too on the DLC.
