Hacking Injecting GBA and GB Saves from Emulators to Virtual Console Injects

I have several saves for the gba and the gb that I was using with supercard dstwo's emulators. I tried searching for this information, but everything that I've found talks about dumping saves from a vc game, then restoring them. what about saves not backed up from a vc game?
