Homebrew Incognito 1.0 restor prod info eror????

Hi im use this app 1.0 after finish i have eror when i try to restore im add 1.3 fix but it still 1.0 same it never change and show error every time im open filed all time how can fix to go online my console not show sirial number not open eshop not update online...

Do you happen to have a NAND backup prior to all of this happening.
If so then restore it via hekate and tell us if it resolves your issue.
