Hacking if my psp is hacked...

Note that you don't need PSN Lover to go online with Adhoc party on PS3. Just for the PSN store/infrastructure online games.

I have never heard of a PSN account being banned for using a hacked PSP.

Specific game bans for cheaters on the PS3 yes, but never PSP, never the PSN account, and never for just having a hacked system.

Though this is Sony, things could change.
