Homebrew If i installed basehax on my o3ds and use it for my n3ds would it brick?

for basehax, can i install the hax on my o3ds and then transfer to my n3ds? i dont want to brick.
If you can, can you tell me the steps of doing it?

It wouldn't brick. Just use the installer to select the correct console and version for your n3ds and you're fine.

i believe your o3ds has homebrew launcher on it.
you can use it to install basehaxx on ur OR/AS cart
just make sure to select the correct version of ur n3ds
and if you have selected the wrong version, it shouldnt brick, it will just crash and return you to the home menu

Absolute worst case it will crash the system, but after that you can just reboot and it will be totally fine and will act like nothing ever happened. I also believe just today there was code added to the payload for basehaxx that automatically switches between o3ds and n3ds so long as they are both the same firmware version. I may be wrong on that though.

just did it to my little brothers o3ds after i downgrade it (if you want to know its a successful downgrade) just refresh the payload to the other 3d's version
