Good that you're being nice to want to share your games with everyone, but if you use the search feature, you will see that most people (including me) do not know how all these ROM game even get on the internet.

By the way, "backing up" ROMs/games is not legal, it's simply a term that seems legal and sounds better than saying "pirating games".
