Hacking I want to get online to work on my 3ds

Ok so I have my 3ds it's at 11.2 and it already has home brew on it and everything works but the ability to play games online my freeshop works but my online like to wonder trade or to be able to play online on Mario kart is gone what do I do.

why 11.2 . . . are you by chance using gateway or a scds2+?

tbh my buddy did it all for me and always worked till about two months ago and everything still does except online I'm not to sure of the technical aspects he fixed it once by. Exchanging the files with updated versions of the boot.bin file and the arm9 file but idk how or where to get them if that's the problem

What version of Luma does it show if you hold select while booting.

Can you do me a favour and upload a screenshot of the root directory of the SD card in your 3DS? Is it a New 3DS or an original one?

you can download the app friend list of the 11.6 version.It worked for me.I'm still in 11.2 too.

@Joeado123 best course of action for him would be to just get B9S and update to 11.6

What version of Luma do you have?

you will need to install mod.Wait a minute before updating.
try this:

you could install mod using this tutorial no material needed exepted a sd card enough big.(I think if you have an empty sd card of 2 gb it would do it).

Well soundhax is just the entrypoint. Basically, what you should do is install boot9strap, then you never have to worry about not being able to update again

That would only work if using menuhax or something like that. If they are using for example a9lh that wouldn't work. If they tell us their Luma version we can know exactly what they need to do.

Yes, but you can't install b9s with it if you already have a9lh
