I used the guide here switch.homebrew.guide/gettingstarted/beforestarting when I use the hekate payload to open my nintendo switch it asks me wheter to use the cfw from the sysnand or the emu one
how I can remove and clean the sysnand to not have the cfw on the sysnand anymore?

If all you've done is boot Atmosphere or Kosmos, and you didn't install any backups or use any homebrew, then it's probably still clean. It's impossible to know for sure though.

A NAND backup is clean if it was made before you booted Atmosphere or Kosmos.
