Hacking I seriously need some help with this (if possible)

If i pulled the ebay auction, would you be able to reflash it for a small fee? UK Only

I may have done something really stupid and completely messed up my 3DS.

I just tried to install 3DS firmware v9.2.0-20E manually via BigBlueMenu on my sysNAND in Gateway mode using v3.0 Ultra. After installation was completed whilst still in BigBlueMenu, I turned the 3DS off. Then when i went to try to turn it back on, it would click twice and then shut itself off completely.

Please help... as i feel like such an idiot, after doing this. :/

MODS: PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MOVE THIS, IF IT'S IN THE WRONG PLACE. THANKS.

Man... Why would you install a firmware without emunand :(
Did you atleast backup your previous Nand? Maybe you can hardware mod it back in

Well... even if i did backup my sysNAND using the GW 3DS launcher, i literally have a paperwight at the moment.

As i can't turn it on at all, anymore.

there is always hope , you can flash your nand (assuming you backed it up) need some soldering skills it's not that hard not easy either .

i'm thinking, it would be cheaper to just buy a new 3DS altogether...

As long as it has firmware v9.2.0-20 or below, then i should be fine (especailly, when Gateway release Ultra 3.0 outside of beta).

Which brings me to a question...

Would i be able to retain my GW saves to use on another 3DS?

I've decided to put my non-working 3ds on ebay, if anyone wants it... then please feel free to bid on it.

Edit: I don't know, if i'm allowed to post the listing... but here it is, anyway

AUCTION HAS NOW ENDED.

yes, it's on my computer.

You should add this to the ebay-auction then.
Without the backup, the 3DS is useless.
The most people here (including me) are able to repair the 3DS with your NAND Backup.
Sadly you only ship to United Kingdom ~_~ If you ship to germany, I would bid

EDIT:
Thanks for changing to Worldwide :D
It's now on my watchlist

There are plenty of people on this forum from the United Kingdom capable of reflashing your NAND backup.

Most would charge little, if anything at all. Some would just be happy if you covered postage and materials.

It is most definitely "cheaper to just buy a new 3DS altogether."

It's worth a lot more than a dollar if youd include the backup. Now someones gonna go grab it for 5 $

-snip-
The files were downloaded via 3dsnus, not from anywhere else.

Well... what would you suggest then? As anyone would pay a crazy price for it, if they were lucky. lol

If anyone from the United Kingdom is willing to fix it for me (for a small fee, including postage), then... i'll pull the auction.

Edit: opps, i spoke too soon... there's enough interest on it already. :)

I think... I'm going to leave it for now and see what happens (this could be interesting).

yeah i do the nand mod in the UK, but it seems he has had plenty of attention already on the listing....tbh im kinda surprised its up to that much already, guess someone from here wanted to try nab a bargain and fix it for themselves :P

Well... i only chose the 3ds for the firmware it had, not the colour. lol :L

As the all the others which were being sold at the time, had various firmwares above v4.5.
