BitDefender Rescue USB

That should help you out. BitDefender is a trusted antiirus, its rescue CD is free and that page will show you how to put on a bootable USB.

Ok i followed the instructions and got all the files on my USB; now all that's left to do is plug it in to the computer once i go to my grandpas house.

If this doesn't work am i screwed?

LOL. I know these kind of virusus
rofl2.gif
.
They imitate a AV but they are bogus. try finding out the name of it and google that. you should find lots of ways on how to remove it.
my dad and uncle had one. as well as I

No, you can also burn an Avira LiveCD if the USB thing doesn't work, because not all computers can boot from USB.

When i go to bios menu or whatever that screen is that says safe mode and stuff like that, i dont know what to press to boot from the usb; hwhat should i see and press???

Edit: all .exe files don't work

You don't use the F8 menu, that's the windows menu. You go into the motherboard settings (when it tells you to press F2 for setup or something) and change the boot order so USB is higher in the list than the harddrive, if USB isn't in the list then the computer probably can't boot off it and you'll need to burn the disc.
