Ok, put the config.bin from US folder back in the sd:/luma folder and overwrite previous. This time, boot without holding any buttons.
The luma config screen should not be showing.

btw, what firmware are you on?

i booted itout holding any buttons and it just goes back to the 3d slider message

also im on stock firmware thats why it says to do the 3d slider even tho im on 2ds

Alright, it looks like 2DSaver has failed you but the good news is you have b9s, so you can probably fix it with godmode9.

i have godmode 9 but i dont kno ho to access it

1. GodMode9 → [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND/data/<ID0>/sysdata/00010017/00000000 (256.0 kB) → Press (A) → Copy to 0:/gm9/out.
   • [3dbrew.org] System SaveData

   • Do not copy anything else.
2. Archive the 0000000 file in ZIP using 7-Zip. Upload here in this thread or your preferred file hosting site.
   • Since yours should not have personal info filled out at this time, it should be safe to share. If you want piece of mind, you can send me a PM.
3. I'll run the 2DSaver on my n3DSXL with your file. Further instructions will be provided once the fixed file is sent back.

Since you already have Luma3DS up and running, you put GodMode9 at:

• sdmc:/luma/payloads/GodMode9.firm

Turn on the 3DS and hold (START) button to access Luma3DS chainloader → GodMode9. The rest should follow if you're familiar with file navigation.

Bold refers to folders, while Courier New font refers to file. <ID0> is console unique 32-char folder.

When you press (A) on the file, an option list will appear. Once copied as specified, you should find it at smdc:/gm9/out.

Have you ever archived files before with 7-Zip, WinZip, or WinRAR? GBAtemp forum limits what types of files can be uploaded.

You can skip the archiving if you upload the file at a web host like these:

hey so ive gotten to the bootstrap install and ive got to the spot where all the bootstrap files and boot files are on the sd card but the thing is this sd card doesnt have the DCIM folder and 3ds folder is this ok ?

Aren't you using the same card in the 3DS that was there before?
Anyway, those will be created automatically by the 3DS.
