is there anything i maybe need to do in that menu when you boot it while holding select

what you have looks very nice and clean. a pet peeve of mine is having unnecessary clutter, so I went through the last page of that guide again to see what's changed. a lot had since last time I used it. I did the same thing with the vita. :D

what do i need to do tho to make it work ?

you really only need the show NAND or user string in system settings. that way you'll know you're on cfw by going to system settings. it will show SYS. official firmware shows VER. a couple other options are good, but that one option is as basic it gets.

how do i show nand or system settings ? im not able to get into the 2ds settings yet cuz it just says 3d slider

The 2DSaver has its own config.bin so he should not be editing it

oh, I didn't realize you had bricked the system. I just looked up 2dsaver.
they say there is a way to bypass the 3d slider message but i just cant do it ive been trying

do you know what i need to do to bypass the 3d slider
 
From what I gather you just aren't putting the 2DSaver files in the right place. It should be booting the boot.3dsx file when you start up the 3ds.
i can sho you my sd card

Ok, put the config.bin from US folder back in the sd:/luma folder and overwrite previous. This time, boot without holding any buttons.
The luma config screen should not be showing.

btw, what firmware are you on?
