Hacking I need help playing backup's on Wii 4.2u...

ok, I did some of the DOP-Mii guide. I did the
Restoring the Trucha Bug bit. however,

Do I have to do "Deleting Stub IOSs" as well? because that one confuses the hell outta me

ok, I finally managed to play backup's through uloader now, but not on the disk channel...

So from there, how do I load backup's from the disk channel?

Thanks Beelzebul but, I am looking to be able to boot up backups through the normal disk channel and through ghetto. The reason I want to be able to do this so I can play my backup brawl+ disk with the codes
