The world explodes, you go on a trip and then at the end of the trip you land on another earth and pick up where you left off. Then you update your Supercard when they release a new update.

And yes, the DSTwo's the best way to play GBA ROMs on the 3DS.

With the Gateway 3DS, you can only play 3DS games and you need to have an extra MicroSD for each game.
The DSTwo lets you play DS games and homebrew and has many emulators such as SNES and GBA, all stored on 1 MicroSD and should work for every system version of the 3DS.
