Hacking i need help b4 i buy a new micro sd

ok i've got a 1GB kingston micro sd cart and each time i put it into my r4 it wont load,but when i put my 1GB sandisk micro sd into it,it loads and plays...i also took everything off of the non-working micro sd and put all of my games back onto it,but still not working. i need sum major help here ppl,so plz give good feedback...i hope i put this into the right forum lmao

Have you tried re-formatting the card?

Are the contacts on the MicroSD clean? My Kingston used to stick at the "Loading..." screen if the contacts were dirty.

sorry to sound like a newbie...but how do i reformat? i just started doing this kind of stuff

WARNING : Formatting will cause all dat on the card to be lost.

Just put the microSD card into your card reader.

When it appears as a drive on your PC, right-click, and select 'Format ...'

Then a formatting window will appear.

delete the firmware off the card and put a new lot on

when you put the card into the r4 what does it say?
when you put the micro card into the pc what happens?

im bout to re-format but b4 i do,i'll lose all my dat...i saved all my stuff onto my pc,so when i put everything back i put a new dat and moonshi correct?
