I have just got cod black ops II for wii u on ebay and I did not check my options enough and it has a bunch of scratch marks on it. and When I put the disk in the wii U it says, "invalid disk"

I am a bit stressed cause I spent 30 dollars and the game does not work.

I think you have ebay protection, so start a complaint.
