Keep at it. Shiny Pokemon become progressively more common as you complete your Pokedex and rank up your Galaxy Team level. You'll find yours. In each of my last 3 sessions I encountered a shiny without even hunting for them, they're becoming almost weirdly common for me now that I'm rank 7 and have caught tons of Pokemon.

Playing on modded Switch? You could always edit your save file using PKHex to drop the Shiny Charm into your inventory, to even the odds

Considering that people now grind for Alpha Shinies as opposed to regular shinies, it should go to show how common normal Shiny Pokemon are now.
