Hacking i guess I need to downgrade

I have v3.4. I finally got HBC installed and have the wad manager. that is as far as I have gotten. I have read the stickies on how to do this but am not sure where to get all the ios stuff and the downgrader it says I need. Can someone please help.

okay i just followed these directions earlier and it worked. i got em from wiiso.com:

To be able to downgrade the Wii must have the Twilight Hack and Homebrew channel 9 beta.

Step 1 - Download the file from the link below:

install the content in the root of the sd.

Step 2 - Use the "Homebrew Channel, 'open' WAD Manager 3 '.

Step 3 - Install the following Wad IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad. Press the button to install WAD. Once you've installed the WAD, press the 'Start' button to restart the Wii.

Step 4 - Using the 'Canal Homebrew', open Custom WadManager (WM). " Now, using the same method as in "Step 3 ', install' cios_fix.wad." Once you've installed the WAD, press the 'Start' button to restart the Wii.

Step 5 - Use the 'Canal Homebrew' open 'Downgrade IOS. "Just follow the instructions and wait until it finishes installing the necessary IOSs.

Step 6 - Using the "Homebrew Channel" open "Install IOS51 the store." Saying 'yes' to the installation of the "IOS51' and 'Yes' to" Patching to fix, "but' No 'to' Wii Shop Channel"
