Can somebody make a savedata.bin for Pokémon Shuffle with the Secure Value Removed? if so it could be really useful, or a link to an easy hex editor site that can read savedata.bin? Please.

I don't think that's possible above 9.2 to delete the secure value but if you want you could fix the secure value using the secure value fixer from a non-corrupted save for your 3ds

I gave you the link to HxD in the other thread you made.
All hex editors can read the savedata.bin file. I mean, hex editors can read any file you throw at them.

Let me get this straight, you made this post so someone would send you a save file and a hex editor, and in return you would present some unknown thing of value? And you believe everyone should comply because you're "Using Homebrew for this" What does that even mean? Oh, btw, would you please wipe my ass with the GOOD toilet paper?
