Short answer: No.
Long anwer: No, because in the vWii Mode of the WiiU you can only play Wii Games. However, Among us was never released for the Wii nor the WiiU. A list of all supported platforms can be found online, for example on the wiki page of the game: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us

this will be as close as you're getting short of a Homebrew remake, unfortunately its just for Wii U mode and requires you to be streaming the game from a PC
