Hacking i accidentally formatted my r4i card

my r4i is green with wifi logo without 3ds logo
it says v1.6

ndsill.net (dead)

i don't know shit about r4 so please explain
i downloaded kernel from: http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/
but didnt work. just a plank screen

If you want, you can try Internet Archive: Wayback Machine for the site ndsill.net. It has a few backups. I have no idea what download you would need. But if your card has the web address, then it's a good place to check.
