Of course I know it doesn't run on it, but what I'm saying is that if the exploits could be written in python, it would be very easy and newbie developers could write an exploit.

while smea does deliver he usualy takes his time, so yeah if smea is involved th exploit will only be released in alot of months becuase smea likes to bug proof everything and that makes his releases abit lenghtly, so my guess for pluto and smea iosu will be around summer.
