How to get remote play enabled on jailbroken PS5???

This one I dont think I will figure out. I have two PS5's and a PS4. I have two users on each PS5. The main user has used remote play befor (me) so the remote play app shows up. The second user has never used remote play so there is no remote play app to click on. I have tried toggling the remote capability on/off and the app does not show up. I have tried using elf arsenal to do fake signin which said it signed it. But failed to enable remote play app. Also I can remote login to the machines from the main account that has remote play access but it does not discover the machines on the network it will only login to a previous login. If I want to login to the other machine I have to use the pin. I tried using ActRemoteLink and I can fake signin the user with my PC. I can also generate codes for remote play. But I can not get the remote play app to show up for this user. Use case is that the PS5s/PS4 are in different rooms in the house and they have different games installed. I want to be able to remote login to any of them from any other of them.

Hello there

Got a console in with BLOD. Symptoms:

Fan spins up
Blue light for ~2 seconds, then power off

End of errors.
Low: Nothing to concern about first.
Medium: Everything appears fine.
High: Console may boot but freeze or other issues.
Severe: Prevents console from booting.
Ignore Priority Status For Now. They are being updated!

What I've already done:

Replaced RAM chip #5 with a new one - same error
Diode mode check with threshold 1.5v on the RAM pads to rule out a broken connection of lifted APU pads— all values fine
Swapped chips #5 and #6 — error still reports Bank 5, not Bank 6

That last point is what puzzles me: if the fault followed the chip, I'd expect the error to move to Bank 6. Since it stays on Bank 5, I'm leaning towards something on the board side or the APU itself rather than the memory IC. Maybe something else that I can check related to the bank 5 components around on the back of the board and some components are failed there?
