Below is a comparison of the html5test.com test points from different browsers:

Apple iPhone 4S (iOS 5.0.1)/ iPhone 4 (iOS 5.1B2)/ iPad 2 (iOS 5.0.1) : 324 + 9 Bonus Points (iPhone 4 credit goes to : yusuo)
Samsung Galaxy S2 (Gingerbread 2.3.3) : 184 + 1 Bonus Points
HTC Incredible 2 (Gingerbread 2.3.3) : Stock Browser 177, Firefox Mobile 303, Opera Mini 54, Skyfire 211 (Credit goes to Jakob95)
Windows Phone 7/IE9: 141 + 5 Bonus Points (Credit goes to : UniqueGeek)
Nintendo 3DS : 120 + 0 Bonus Points
Nintendo Wii : 91 + 0 Bonus Points
Sony PS3 : 80 + 0 Bonus Points (After 4.10 firmware update)
Sony PSVita : 58 + 0 Bonus Points (V.1.65)
Nintendo DSLite : 1 + 0 Bonus Points
Sony PSP Slim & Lite (2000) : N/A

This test basically demonstrates the browser's HTML5 capabilities and grade them as points.
It's noticeable that the N3DS browser (with the latest system update) scored more results than the PSVita (with the latest system update) despite having less powerful hardware and memory resources. The iPhone 4S used in this comparison had an updated browser (5.0.1). The test has been performed on the Wii using the latest Internet Channel, and on the PS3 lite using the latest 4.10 system update. While the NDSLite barley completed the test with 1 point and the PSP Slim and Lite's browser (V6.60) could not pass the test.

Well, bugger me.
Probably a worse implementation of it... something that can be fixed with updates.

I know they will make it better, eventually.

I don't think the power of the system has nothing to do with the test at all...

That's rather disappointing. I've never really used mobile web browsing but I thought a device as good as the Vita would have high end smartphone quality browsing. Hopefully it'll get fixed in an update.

Also the 3DS scoring a somewhat significantly higher score than the Wii web browser is a testament to how shitty the Wii browser is. Such a disappointment considering the pointer/USB keyboard could work rather comparable to a computer browser.

Don't know what firmware was use to get that score of 66 in Ps Vita.
I'm already on the latest 1.52 fw and I always get a score of 38...did cleared the history and deleted the
cookies in the vita browser.

From original Galaxy S not SII.
Vita result is worrying but then again it didn't even support html5 out of the box so maybe a future update will improve the result.
Then again I'll most likely use my phone for browsing over the Vita.

Looks like the site got an update and now recognizes the Ps vita browser.
Vita Html5 score went up a bit, from 38 to 53.
