There's no support in the Wii SDK for the Switch controllers. You'd have to add something to manually pair them (since they don't use the same pairing method as Wii controllers), and to handle the HID protocol (closer to standard Bluetooth HID than the proprietary method Wii uses). This would have to be patched in to every game.
