Hacking How to set up newest usbloader GX on my home screen?

I tried something but its not working, it shows black screen... I really dont get how to set it up. I had it working perfectly but i tried to make stupid project m to work and i followed the steps and i made it worst. How do i, in short steps, make usb loader gx load from home channel
