I see, at the time of your post, it was used a machine running Windows with a "retro theme".
Just for advice, some hacking tools do not work on legacy systems very well.
If you are working in Windows 7 or greater, there should be no problem.
But, for example, if you are compelled to work on Windows XP 32 bits, for any reason, you may consider to use some legacy versions for compatibility, like "dsbuff 0.61" for unpack the game. In some cases, you will have to recompile all utility program, like "dsdecmp" if you need to work with it for LZE/Le.
