Gaming How to make Pokemon Omega Ruby save working on another Rom (online)?

I played some days with pokemon omega ruby on gateway 3ds updated last emunand version.
But when i tried to play online i got error 002-0123.
I supposed that the problem is the fact that the rom is not playable online.
So i downloaded another rom online patched.
But i think that the old save file will not work on my newest rom.

How i make the old save work on the new rom?

on GW card the save that goe sto the console SD just need to have the same "name" of the rom you want to use it, that are the title game's id

you need a private header to play online, otherwise you will get banned,
after getting the private header, you just need to inject, you can use the old rom for that..
otherwise install the game's cia (the eshop version of the game), inject the save into the cia copy and done, no private head or ban worrying

I was going to say this too, but how to help with the save?
The nintendo data transfers world work, if he use the old rom loaded on the GW menu and the instaled game? this wa sthe idea I've got XD

i am not that sure about how he transfers the tool,
but i have an idea that he can use save data filler https://github.com/meladroit/svdt or other tools (i bet there are pokemon save dedicated tools)
there is most likely a way, but since i never tried or had to do something like that i can't say for sure

I extracted omega ruby save files with savedatafiler.
But how to get private header?
I loaded the rom into gateway rom patcher but i get message "nothing found".

the private header you need from an original 3ds cartridge that you own unless i am mistaken you can use any game.. just make sure it's yours or from someone who doesnt play online with that game
