Homebrew How to install ntr

After following the 3ds guide, it talks about installing ntr. Now I got the cia and installed it and pasted both bin files onto the root of my sd card. It says
Param is missing:ntrconfig-> psmvcrunaddr
unknown firm, access-checks could not be patched. Open ntr.bin failed, bnbootNTR failed

Use BootNTR Selector instead.

OK I Googled that, went to another gbatemp thread, says no new files are needed and just install the cia um.. There was no cia file to download lol. Does someone have a link for it

Scan one of the QR codes in the first post with FBI or find the Github releases page on the first post of the BootNTR Selector thread.

Thanks I don't know how I didn't see that lol now to set it up, and see what it does
