So, just to be clear, what SSID do we use now? I don't like to use any online script for my homepass, so I use my own script with the same MACs and I am sure I am not the only one, so it would be nice for everyone to know what SSID we are using as of now ;)

Hmmm,

I'm really struggling to get this working now. I think we need some new tutorials which are fresh and more up to date for the new Firmware version.

Quick question: Is it normal for my e-shop not to work while I'm using homepass? It is saying that the e-shop is not available in my country for some reason. Granted we don't have an official e-shop, I didn't have a problem connecting before. SSID: NZ@mcd1 , password protected.

Just checked once more win NZ@McD1:
Security on: Internet test OK, Internet icon is on but browser is not working, Nintendo Zone detected but not working

No security: Internet test OK, Internet icon is on but browser is not working, Nintendo Zone detected and working

So, I'm fairly new to this whole thing. Apologies for being blatantly ignorant here.

How would I go about getting this up on Tomato? I'm running Tomato RAF Version 1.28.9014 on an ASUS Asus RT-N16, if that is of any help.

Your wireless adapter driver seems to have no support for MAC change. Update driver if possible.

WL500G custom firmware (https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0IgNylGYpqsT2NNN1NZZXNOelU#list) is available for RT-N16 and will work. If you do not use any specific Tomato features you can just update to it and use my script.
Also if you with to keep Tomato AND have a basic Linux experience you can help me to make the script work with Tomato.

Tested with NZ@McD1, both sec and no sec are ok.
I didn't change my mac though.

If you have no problems with Internet path through the connection, then yes, NZ@McD1 must work as a streetpass source regardless of the security (unlike attwifi and several others)

Duke, which SSID are we regarding as primary now? Still attwifi or NZ@McD1?

Updated the Linux/router script version. Now router versions also have support fir start/stop/toggle options. stop option will revert MAC and SSID to the currently set in the WEB gui of the router. Also new installer script mechanism is used, please check and report if any errors.

I've also put a guide together on how to get this working with Windows 8.1 (Should work with any version of Windows tbh). I will upload this later tonight.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
