Hacking How to get from 3.4e to 3.3e or 3.2e?

I need some help. My friend has stupidly installed 3.4 update and he wants back to 3.2 or 3.3. Can u guys help me please how can i do it. I have read some threads but i didn't understand anything, help me please.

Do you have HBC isntalled on your wii?

If you do then you install IOS 16
With Custom WM you run cios_fix
run IOS downgrader (***NOT CIOS DOWNGRADER they are different!***)
Install shop channel junk, if you want it

Use cios downgrader to downgrader to 3.2X
install starfall
