Hacking How to for SXOS emunand?

Sorry for the post, but I don't want to mess amess anything up on my switch and there's just too much to read up on with this. I have been running SXOS for quite a while, keeping my switch offline in the meantime. With SXOS having emunand capabilities now, I would like to start using it for offline games and booting into OFW for online games if possible. I have created the emunand in settings, what's next? Can I wipe my sysnand somehow now and boot into that without risking a ban? And how do I know if I am booting into emunand or not? Will SXOS automatically boot into the emunand? And answers are appreciated
