I want the new pokemon omega sun and moon but i did everything to get fbi and then in the music the soundhax its says Could not play and it doesnt let me in homebrew... PLEASE FRICKING TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS

You need to either pay money to be able to install them, or buy the game.

In short, You can't.

You can only install games if you have custom firmware.

How do you get Custom firmware?

You'll need a hacked 3ds/2ds(new/old/xl) or you'll need a compatible DS flash cart.

If you don't have either, then GG!

You've been told multiple methods on how to play the game. You'll have to spend money in some way, shape, or form to play the game. No one is going to tell you again.

you can do that by going in the eShop, entering credit details, and buying the game.

legit no other way to do it if you're not gonna even commit to a customfw.

Just buy a nds flashcard from the website gbatemp provides.You get covered with ds backups early on and you can hack your 3ds/2ds using ntrboothax,it's very simple.
