Hacking How to fix game

I have the latest CFW, As far as I know everything is up to date on my New 2DS XL.

I haven't had a problem playing any games at all except when I load conveni dream game (it doesn't matter where its downloaded from) it goes past the Nintendo screen then I get that exception error screen.
anyone know how to fix this so I can play the game?

Ok so first of all I have never heard of that game until now. But anyhoo just downloaded both the euro and American version of the game and installed them to my 3DS and both loaded fine and played each one for about 10 mins. So can only conclude something is wrong with your 3DS setup. What I have no idea lol.

If you have any plugins enabled, those can cause games to crash. Disable them via the Rosalina menu (L+Select+Down) and try again.
