Homebrew How to delete dummy titles on o3DS?

So I'm hacking my old unused o3DS on 4.5.0 firmware for my nephew and I noticed on the home menu that there are 3 black boxes.

Trying to launch them hangs on the 3DS loading splash screen. They also do not appear in data management. Is there anyway to delete this?

Install fbi. Go to Titles... Then search and delete.

That is usually to linked NANDs

Same problem, but only one of them. I have FBI and tried searching for the title but cannot find it. Help?
