Gaming how many versions of COD modern warfare?

which is the latest version of this game?

I saw modern warfare reflex, and modern warfare 2. but I wasn't sure which the newer one was, as I've never played this game.

I thought I might get it since I saw some guys playing it on PS3 and it looked pretty good.

Modern Warfare 2=Xbox 360,PS3,PC
Modern Warfare Reflex= Modern Warfare 2 for Wii
Modern Warfare Mobilized= Modern Warfare 2 for DS

They are all different though

I thought modern warfare 2 was the latest, but then I saw reflex for the wii , and that got me mixed up.

Actually Modern Warfare Reflex is just the Wii's version of COD4: Modern Warfare with just toned down graphics, it isn't Modern Warfare 2
