I thought this could be fun!
Well, simply get a tool called "CrystalDiskInfo" and put a screenshot of this app into this thread to tell us how many hours your HDD/SSD has been on power and how much data has been read (Total Host Reads).

Here's mine:

No. I used this tool to see if my HDD has floating or bad sectors because it was acting strange and was surprised about the running time of my ocz ssd. Now I'm curious about what results other Temps have^^

This is the data drive I've had for...well, for quite a while now as you can see by the power on hours. Also used to be my OS HDD before I got my SSD

And this is my SSD:

Not too high of a read/write count, I only use it for my OS for the most part and like...1 game. Everything else is kept on my other 2 drives. The 2nd one isn't much impressive, just a Seagate with 125 power on count and 7057 of power on time.

pretty impressive that your HDD is still alive. My WD 1TB Caviar Black had died last week and its time being on power was "only" 5500hrs.

I'm not all that impressed, WD has one of the lowest fail-rates for HDDs for the most part. Seagate drives are actually some of the worst fail-rate wise, unless you get your hands on one of the older ones (I see a few tempers in this thread do, which is nice).

Too lazy to screenshot. I have 6 HDDs and most are around 20k hours, 166 power on count.
My oldest is 49k and 730.

Going to be replacing all of them soon though. Once I get the cash. I have a bunch of 500gb-1TB drives and one 3TB drive, just got a new 4TB drive so i'll be moving everything onto the 3 and 4TB cuz I think 6 HDDs is a bit...excessive. Chop it down to 2 HDDs and an SSD for my RAID setup.
