Homebrew How do you put your name on an app?

I'm talking about Ninjhax Homebrew Launcher. How do you put your name and a description on the app? So I ran make using a command line, and only a .3dsx and .elf file came out, no .smdh file. The application works, just I would like to know how to put my name on it. Thanks.

EDIT: and also when I ran make, the Icon did not show up either.

EDIT EDIT: just fyi, I ran make on the template folder.

it's in the makefile, just open it up in a text editor (not word), it's all documented in there same with icon, they go together

Notepad might work(not sure if your make file has UNIX endings or not) if it doesn't, try Notepad++
