Hacking How do i install WADS on CFW 4.0 ...

I followed that ULTIMATE CFW 4.0 Guide found here on GBATEMP

everything seemed to work ... except for my ability to install WADs....

i installed cios36r9, downgraded to 3.2, upgraded to 4.0, ran the ios60 patcher, installed preloader
and now i cant figure out how to get wadmanager to install! i get some error about returned -1


plz help

maybe try an older/diff (i had 1.3 installed before doing the update and still works fine) version of Wadmanager?
