Not all games are on that title key site. If it's a popular game, it'll probably show up soon (or you could try downloading an out of region game which will still work fine on CFW, Wii U USB Helper doesn't show out of region games by default so you may have to change your region in the settings)

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
