Gaming How do I edit USBLoader GX .lang files and contribute them?

Hello.

I was thinking if I could edit the USBLoader GX .lang files and contribute them? I'm trying to translate them to Indonesian. But the problem is that what proper application to edit them? And how do I contribute?

EDIT: I think a .lang file is just a .txt file with a different extension. So if you just follow that thread above, put it in a .txt file and then edit it and change it to .lang
