Oh, if 3dnus didn't work then either they pulled the update off their servers or you're using an older version of 3dnus.
If you're not willing to try a newer version of 3dnus, you could try another website to find a .cia pack of the update, or a ctrnand transfer pack to the update. The latter I wouldn't recommend unless you know what you're doing, and the former is questionably legal.

3dnus wouldn't load for you? Can you describe what happens? I just tried this version and it's downloading just fine.
The "latter" means, of the list of two I mentioned, the former (1st in the list) and the latter (2nd in the list), I'm referring to the "ctrnand transfer pack" method, that is, you download a ctrnand transfer pack of the update, then flash it to your system using Decrypt9.

EDIT: Just in case you don't know how to download magnet links, you install something like Deluge to torrent the download to your computer. The download is done when it says it's "Seeding," which means you're hosting it yourself.https://3ds.guide/ctrtransfer.html
