How do I add the System Settings icon and the cartridge icon onto TWiLightMenu++?

Another question; do you ever see "present" icons on TWLMenu? I'm just curious.

You can access system settings through the misc settings in Twilight Menu settings. If you use the 3DS theme there should be icons to launch the standard launcher AND the cartridge.
I've never seen present icons on twilight menu, no

I know this is an old thread, but I was wondering the same thing. Not to have access to the settings menu, but just to have it for show. If not possible, is it possible to create a fake .nds file that doesn't do anything, that just shows the icon and text as if it was there for real?

Update:
I found a way. I used "Nintendo DSi + Internet (USA).nds" rom file and DSbuff to edit the rom file. I changed the icon and title to what I wanted and bam! It's just for show, the video doesn't even play and stays on a white screen.
