How do I move icons on the twilight menu++ menu?

I’m trying to figure out how to sort the icons on my game library and I can’t figure out how

Open TWLMenu++ Settings, and change the sorting option to "Custom", then press B to exit settings, and then sort the icons like you would in the original DSi Menu (pressing Up on the D-Pad).

Hi, I just recently got a DSi and working to install homebrew. I know there is a 38/39 file viewable limit before a page left/right, but is there an add-on that changes the format to a grid format? Visually, a lot more games could show in unused space, though not sure the coding involved is that simple.

There is no such setting or add-on implemented.
